Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of sales while enjoying the charm of Rehoboth Beach, DE? We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Outside Sales team as an Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) for Emerging Markets. In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel to untapped markets, primarily in rural areas, and expand the DoorDash footprint by forming new partnerships with local and regional restaurants.

Job Responsibilities

Travel extensively to emerging markets and drive new business partnerships.
Sell the value of partnering with DoorDash to restaurant owners and negotiate revenue share agreements.
Excel in a fast-paced, transactional deal cycle and close new business within days.

Requirements

2.5 years of sales experience in a closing sales role or related experience.
Ability to travel extensively, spending at least 50% of the time meeting with restaurant owners in destination markets.
Efficient and strategic with both inside and outside sales tactics to reach goals.

Preferences

Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses, especially in the restaurant or food/beverage industry.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build strategies and playbooks for scalable success.

Enjoy a competitive compensation package with base pay and uncapped commission opportunities, with On Target Earnings (OTE) for commissions at $1900 per month.
