On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$130,000

(Base: $85,000–$90,000 | Variable: $40,000–$45,000, uncapped)

What You'll Be Doing

You will build relationships and craft solutions, proactively bringing iPullRank's expertise to clients to drive business growth. This includes:

  • Sales Strategy & Pipeline: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, combining inbound conversion with independent lead generation. Generate, manage, and progress the pipeline, attending key events to build your network and deal flow.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Master research, discovery, objection handling, presentation delivery, and executive presence. You must be internally motivated, hands-on, passionate about solving client challenges, and skilled in relationship/stakeholder management. Run high-quality discovery, align stakeholder needs, and guide prospects through a repeatable process. Effectively involve the CEO/SMEs to advance and close deals. Simultaneously manage multiple active deals, maintaining momentum and hygiene. Partner with delivery/operations to ensure long-term success.
  • Revenue Ownership & Forecasting: Meet clear, personalized sales goals aligned with company revenue. Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene (accurate forecasting, next steps, close plans). 

Requirements

Core Experience & Skills:

  • B2B Business Development: A minimum of five years of demonstrated success in B2B business development, specifically generating revenue for professional services.
  • CRM Expertise: Including sales pipeline management, custom reporting, complex workflow creation, and automation functionalities within the CRM.
  • Digital Marketing & Business Acumen: Must understand and 
  • Data & Analytics Driven: Advanced skills in data visualization, analytics platforms, Excel, and the Google Suite to ensure data excellence.
