Salary Range: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospects seeking insurance quotes.
Qualify leads by gathering basic information, assessing interest, and confirming fit.
Build rapport and overcome initial objections.
Transfer qualified, interested prospects to licensed agents for policy discussion and sale.
Log interactions and update CRM with lead details.
Meet daily/weekly call and transfer targets.
RequirementsStrong phone communication and persuasion skills.
High energy, resilience, and objection-handling ability.
Basic understanding of insurance products preferred (not required).
No insurance license needed (transfers only to licensed pros).
Prior sales, call center, or customer service experience a plus.
