We are a fast-growing insurance agency specializing in Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance. The SDR role is critical to our successyour job is to create opportunities for our licensed producers by qualifying leads and transferring high-intent prospects in real time.

This is a high-energy, performance-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on activity, competition, and measurable results.

Salary Range: $36000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities (What You Do Every Day)

1. Outbound Prospecting

Make high-volume outbound calls to agency-provided leads
Follow up on inbound leads quickly (speed-to-lead is critical)
Re-engage aged or unconverted leads

2. Lead Qualification

Identify:
Decision maker
Current insurance situation
Interest level / intent
Ask structured questions to determine if the prospect is a good fit

3. Live Call Transfers

Transfer qualified prospects in real time to licensed producers
Provide a brief handoff summary so the producer can close efficiently
Ensure a smooth transition from SDR sales

Consistent high call volume and activity
Strong transfer-to-close ratio
Reliable pipeline generation for producers
Positive attitude and competitive drive

Requirements

Strong phone presence and communication skills

Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
