Salary Range: $200000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and success.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Manage sales budgets and forecasts effectively.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software.
Experience in market analysis and forecasting.
