Position Details:

📍 Location: Houston, TX (100% onsite; no remote work)⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM💲 Compensation: Competitive base salary + Commission (No Commission Cap) + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

What You’ll Do:

✔ New Business Development – Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities.✔ Outbound Calls – Make cold calls to generate leads and build relationships.✔ Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong client connections.✔ Multi-Tasking – Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office.✔ Close Deals – Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

What You Bring:

✅ Sales-Driven Mentality – Motivated and persistent, always aiming to exceed targets.✅ Strong Communication Skills – Personable, persuasive, and clear.✅ Problem-solver – Quick on your feet and solutions-oriented.✅ Team Player – Works well in a collaborative environment.🎓 Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience preferred.🌎 Bonus:Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
