Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to help expand our business and drive revenue growth. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, focusing on generating new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of high-performing sales experience, ideally within the construction, restaurant supply, or hospitality industries.

This position requires someone who can independently generate their own leads. We are specifically looking for a self-motivated individual with strong industry knowledge who does not rely on provided leads but proactively develops new business on their own.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new business and increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular outreach, including cold calling, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking.
  • Independently generate and manage your own pipeline of leads and prospective clients.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to help finalize deals currently in negotiation.
  • Maintain an updated list of important clients and ensure consistent communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a high-performing sales role within the restaurant supply, construction, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong ability to independently source, develop, and close new business without relying on provided leads.
  • Proven experience in hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
