Job Description

We are seeking a driven and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our fast-paced and expanding team in the New York Tri-State area. This role is crucial to the company’s growth strategy, focused on driving new business opportunities and building strong, long-term relationships with clients across our network of brands.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of high-performing sales experience, preferably in the construction, restaurant supply, or hospitality industries. This role does notinvolve managing a sales team. Instead, you will be a key individual contributor responsible for generating your own leads, developing strategic sales plans, and closing new business opportunities while collaborating with leadership on broader sales initiatives.

  • Generate new business through cold calling, site visits, sales tours, in-person meetings, and community networking.
  • Independently build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across the NY Tri-State area.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess market conditions, competition, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update a list of key clients to support long-term relationship development.
  • Support the closing of deals currently under negotiation by lending industry expertise and solutions.
  • Track customer activity, upcoming opportunities, and deal progress, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Analyze the performance of properties and accounts in your territory and execute targeted sales plans aligned with company goals.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-performing sales role, preferably in construction, restaurant supply, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to independently source, manage, and close new business opportunities.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
