Security & Life Safety Consultant (Outside Sales)
Fayetteville, NC | Wilmington, NC
Holmes Security Systems is seeking motivated and driven Outside Sales Executives (Security & Life Safety Consultants) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, is highly motivated, and is passionate about helping customers design security and life safety solutions for their homes and businesses.
This role focuses on building relationships within the community, identifying new opportunities, and helping customers protect what matters most.
Responsibilities
Generate new leads and qualify prospects to exceed sales goals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Design and present security and life safety solutions for residential and commercial clients
Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Maintain organized records of leads and prospects while managing time efficiently
Stay up to date on industry trends, technology, and product offerings
Collaborate with managers and teammates to ensure success individually and as a team
Represent Holmes Security Systems in the community and participate in local organizations and networking opportunities
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
2+ years of sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Valid North Carolina Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a criminal background check
