- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Generate leads and set qualified appointments through strategic outreach.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Stratus’s solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed, accurate proposals within 48 business hours of meetings.
- Maintain consistent, professional follow-up with prospects until decisions are reached.
- Collaborate with leadership to align strategies, track progress, and report achievements.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
- Maintain organized CRM records of all prospects and clients.
- Partner with Franchise Business Consultants to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts.
- Contribute insights and best practices to strengthen the overall sales process.
- Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and LinkedIn
- Strong internet and tech navigation skills
- Passion for sustainability and making a measurable impact
