The National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is actively recruiting high-energy, motivated professionals for one of our premier dealership partners in Refugio, Texas (78377).

COMPENSATION$2,500 Monthly Guaranteed Salary + Commission
Expected First-Year Income: $65,000 $140,000+

Sales experience is a plus but not required

MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENTAll new hires must successfully complete our paid professional training program.
100% attendance is required
No late arrivals, early departures, or missed sessions
Failure to complete training will result in disqualification
Training is fully paid and professionally structured
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESSell new and pre-owned vehicles in person and online
Handle internet leads, customer follow-up, and CRM activities
Create engaging short-form video and social media content
Post approved content to designated social media platforms
Build lasting customer relationships
Represent the dealership professionally at all times
Follow established sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes
SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT OWNERSHIP POLICYAs a condition of employment:
Any videos, photos, or digital content created during employment or in connection with assigned job duties become the sole property of the employer and affiliated partners.
Content may be used for advertising, recruiting, training, and promotional purposes.
Ownership of such content may not be contested.
Policies comply with all applicable state and federal employment laws.
REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver's License
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating digital content
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
INTERVIEW PROCESSInitial interviews are conducted virtually via Zoom.
