The National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is actively recruiting high-energy, motivated professionals for one of our premier dealership partners in Paris, Texas.

COMPENSATIONGuaranteed Training Pay + Commission
Expected Annual Income: $75,000 $180,000+
Top performers can earn substantially more based on production.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESSell new and pre-owned vehicles
Manage internet leads and customer follow-up
Build relationships with customers in person, online, and by phone
Create short-form video and social media content
Post approved content across designated platforms
Maintain CRM activity and customer communications
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Represent the dealership professionally at all times

REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable appearing on camera
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
INTERVIEW PROCESSInitial interviews are conducted virtually via Zoom.
Interview appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Missed interviews will not be rescheduled.
