We are aggressively hiring high-energy, driven individuals ready to step into a modern automotive sales role that blends in-store sales, internet leads, and social media content creation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Motivated, competitive, and money-driven individuals
Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and online)
Comfortable being on camera and using social media
Coachable, disciplined, and accountable
Sales experience is a PLUS NOT required
Must be serious about performance and growth

MANDATORY TRAINING (PAID)

100% attendance required
No late arrivals, no early exits, no exceptions
Failure to complete training = automatic disqualification
Professional, structured training program designed for success

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Selling vehicles in-store and online
Handling inbound internet leads and follow-ups
Creating short-form video content (daily)
Posting approved content to social platforms
Building your personal brand while driving dealership traffic
Following proven sales and marketing systems

CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

All content created during employment is property of the dealership
Content may be used for advertising, marketing, and training
No exceptions, no disputes

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Professional appearance and attitude
Willingness to be on camera
Flexible schedule availability
