Salary Range: $75000.00 - $200000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving sales culture.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the construction and roofing sectors.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to project closure.
Manage construction and roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Conduct site assessments and provide accurate project estimates and proposals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and budget constraints.
RequirementsMinimum 1 years of experience in construction or roofing sales.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of construction project management principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
Valid Texas Driver's License and a clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
