Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Granbury is actively hiring multiple experienced automotive sales professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers. This is not just another sales role — we are looking for individuals we can develop into future Sales Managers.

What You Will Do
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process
- Provide a transparent, professional, and efficient sales experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain strong product knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and competitors
- Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers to drive repeat and referral business
- Work closely with management and F&I to finalize deals
- Contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture
What We Are Looking For
- Automotive sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Interest in growing into a Sales Manager role
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
