About the Role:

Join D1 Training- Fairport as a Sales Manager, where you'll lead our dynamic sales team to drive growth and foster relationships with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving fitness community in Fairport, NY, while helping individuals achieve their athletic goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Manage daily operations of the sales team, providing coaching and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
Analyze sales metrics and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns that attract new clients.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
