What You'll Lead
As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of our dealership by:
- Coaching and developing a high-performing sales team
- Leading daily sales meetings and performance coaching
- Driving appointment conversion and showroom performance
- Working alongside Finance and Executive Leadership
- Helping recruit and develop future sales leaders
- Creating accountability through proven sales processes
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Building a culture where people enjoy coming to work
