Job Description
Innovative Basement Authority, A Groundworks Company, is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join their team in Rush City!
The Sales Manager oversees and works with leadership personnel to coordinate the sales operations of one Groundworks-affiliated branch location in accordance with the standards of the organization. The Sales Manager, through their direct reports, guides all sales activities, ensuring the execution of the organizational strategy to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates with the General Manager, Regional leadership and Chief Officers to develop operational goals for the business unit that also support the long-term goals of the company
Develops a superior workforce that is well-trained, engaged and empowered to service customers effectively and efficiently
Coordinates staffing, training, and performance evaluations of sales team
Implements strategies that achieve the goals and objectives of the organization
Leads field forecasting efforts, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts
Inspects sales activity to ensure quality and quantity of sales meet company expectations
Supervises and coordinates sales team activities including, but not limited to the sales of foundation repair, basement waterproofing and crawl space repair services
Formulates and implements strategic plans to improve customer conversion ratios and department KPI's
Resolved customer complaints regarding sales and service as needed
Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

Qualifications
2 years of experience in comparable industry, leading and supervising sales efforts for service/solutions-based business
Experience hiring, training, coaching and mentoring sales representatives
Experience establishing KPI's and implementing strategic plans to improve metrics
Experience reviewing operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
Requirements & Perks
Full-time position, typically office-based, with potential for hybrid work arrangements.
Fast-paced and dynamic environment, often requiring immediate attention to sales activity.
Collaborative setting, working closely with various internal departments and external partners .
May require occasional extended hours to monitor and respond to online sales activity or manage urgent issues.
Base salary ($75-90,000 DOE, +COLA based on market)
