Job Summary:

At Infinity, we don't just manage teams-we develop high performers. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution while leading a team of Account Executives to achieve ambitious sales goals.

The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth and operational excellence. This role will partner with senior leadership and clients to execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Create a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement aligned with Infinity's Perform Culture
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development conversations to maximize employee growth and results
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasting, pipeline health, and key performance metrics to drive business outcomes
  • Partner with senior leadership and clients to execute sales strategies and achieve revenue objectives
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent while building a high-performing team culture
  • Analyze data and reporting to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and improve overall team performance
  • Recognize achievements, address performance concerns, and make sound decisions regarding employee development and performance management
  • Prepare and present performance updates, forecasts, and business insights to leadership
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales environment required
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales and revenue goals through team leadership
  • Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, performance reporting, and sales analytics
  • Strong background in coaching, talent development, and performance management
  • Experience working in a call center sales environment preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds, if needed
