What You’ll Do

  • Supervise multiple Account Sales Representatives, coaching and guiding them to success
  • Obtain and maintain key account business directly or by supporting your team
  • Coordinate all aspects of key account needs: products, delivery schedules, reporting, communication, and innovation
  • Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with strong profit margins
  • Identify opportunities for increased sales and revenue growth
  • Build forecasts and set measurable goals for key account activity
  • Prepare financial management reports and detailed customer analyses
  • Confidently engage with customers to appraise, advise, recommend, and deliver solutions
  • Consistently achieve sales goals for key account business

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
  • 7+ years of sales experience in foodservice distribution
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Proven success managing key/large accounts
  • Expertise in pricing strategies, forecasting, and goal setting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
