What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of roofing sales representatives
- Manage daily sales activity and performance tracking
- Run sales meetings, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions
- Help close deals and support reps in the field
- Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability and growth
- Work closely with leadership to hit company revenue goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership or roofing sales
- Strong recruiting and team-building ability
- Ability to coach sales reps and improve close rates
- Organized, competitive, and goal-driven
- Comfortable managing CRM and sales metrics
