We want a leader on the floor.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Lead the Sales Team- Set the pace, create urgency, and keep the team focused on the goal.

• Develop People- Coach sales consultants, sharpen their skills, and help turn potential into performance.

• Desk Deals- Work deals strategically while balancing customer satisfaction, profitability, and team objectives.

• Drive Accountability- Set expectations, track performance, and make sure commitments become results.

• Create Energy- Build a showroom culture where people want to compete, improve, and win.

• Work the Floor- Be involved in the action. Jump into deals, help solve problems, and lead by example.

• Track the Numbers- Know your traffic, appointments, closing ratios, units, gross, and other key performance metrics.

• Partner With Leadership- Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to keep the entire operation moving forward.

• Deliver a Great Customer Experience- Winning numbers mean more when customers leave feeling taken care of.
