About the opportunity
As a Sales Marketing intern, you will join the team for 6 months and play a key role in the planning and execution of client-facing events and brand engagement initiatives. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams, you will support the organization of informal relationship-building moments as well as larger marketing events. This internship offers hands-on experience in event coordination, logistics, and brand activation within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What will you do?
Informal Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Support the organization of informal, relationship-building initiatives with agencies and advertisers (coffee meetings, casual gatherings, small group moments)
- Research and propose suitable venues; manage bookings and reservations
- Coordinate with external providers (venues, catering, technical services) to ensure smooth execution
- Handle food and beverage reservations when required (coffee breaks, drinks, catering)
- Assist with guest invitations, calendars, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Help ensure a welcoming, well-organized experience for guests during informal moments
Client-Facing Events, Agency Activations & Brand Experiences
- Assist with larger-scale owned client events and agency activations requiring structured planning and coordination
- Help manage event logistics such as venues, guest lists, timelines, and on-site execution
- Coordinate event materials and services, including roll-ups, elevator branding, wall visuals, mobile kiosks, and other physical brand assets
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Studio) and external partners to ensure smooth execution before, during, and after events
- Support post-event follow-ups, internal debriefs, and feedback collection
Swag, Goodies & Brand Touchpoints
- Support the selection, sourcing, and distribution of branded swag and goodies for events and client interactions
- Coordinate closely with the Design team on swag creation and branded materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints
- Assist with stock management, timelines, and internal requests
What will you bring to the team?
Your skills and experiences:
Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent program, with a major in Marketing, Sales, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
Strong interest in marketing activation, and client experience
Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interest in the Adtech / Digital Media ecosystem
Fluency in French
Bonus points:
First experience (internship, student job, association, or academic project) in sales, marketing, events, or brand activation
Sensitivity to branding, design, or merchandise selection
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus
