D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Sales/Marketing Project Administrator in the Sales & Marketing Department.

Support role for the Houston Southeast and Central divisions. The MLS Coordinator manages the end-to-end coordination of new-home listings across MLS platforms and internal sales systems, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant postings. This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing to coordinate listing assets and pricing/feature updates, tracks key transaction items through closing, and delivers market and performance reporting-including CMAs and comparable-sales packages-to support business decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Create, input, and maintain new-home MLS listings in accordance with established timelines and assignments; update key status fields (e.g., pricing, under contract, sold, closed) while ensuring full compliance with MLS rules and guidelines.

  • Maintain and audit spec home pricing in DHI Sales on a weekly cadence and as business needs require.

  • Partner with Marketing to source and upload listing assets (photography, video, and property descriptions), ensuring MLS entries are accurate, complete, and marketing ready.

  • Maintain, update, and distribute current price sheets and feature/amenity sheets for inventory homes.

  • Review and route contingency-approval requests; track contingencies through closing to support timely transaction execution.

  • Produce reporting and market intelligence, including Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) for active communities and comparable-sales (comps) packages to support appraisals; generate additional reports as requested.

  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all interactions to support customer experience and protect the company's reputation and profitability.

  • Work overtime and weekends as needed.

  • Maintain regular in-office attendance

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

  • Possess an associate degree (or equivalent) from an accredited two-year college or technical school.

  • Bring 2-4 years of related experience.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platforms and listing protocols.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of residential real estate sales processes and transaction documentation.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote).

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Perform accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.

  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Exercise sound judgment and apply common-sense reasoning to complete tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior working knowledge of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a plus

  • JD Edwards experience

  • Knowledge of real estate sales and transactions helpful
