We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Mentoree to join our Honda dealership team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to build a successful career in automotive sales through hands-on training and mentorship.
As a Sales Mentoree, you will work closely with experienced sales professionals, learning the fundamentals of vehicle sales, customer engagement, and dealership operations. This structured program prepares you to transition into an Independent Sales Associate role within approximately 8 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior sales associates with customer interactions and vehicle presentations
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Support the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions
- Maintain a professional and positive dealership experience for all customers
