[Job Summary]

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operation Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Management team.

[Job Description]

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate end-to-end order management, including order entry, tracking, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with partner companies to ensure timely replenishment

- Support demand planning with sales forecast inputs

- Communicate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment discrepancies

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal databases and systems

- Support customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product details

- Maintain customer master data and pricing records

- Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager.

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualified candidates must have:

- 2+years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, logistics, or order management

- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Bilingual in English & Korean (conversational)

- Ability to interact and communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers

- Good organization skills
