Job Description
Position Summary:This position plays a key role in supporting sales growth by ensuring inventory availability, maintaining accurate forecasting, and providing insights that support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities:Inventory Planning & Demand Management
- Develop and monitor demand forecasts based on sales trends and business needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and product performance to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Identify opportunities to reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
- Prepare and maintain inventory, sales, and operational performance reports.
- Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support business decisions.
- Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support inventory planning and product availability.
- Participate in inventory reviews and planning discussions.
- Assist in resolving inventory and product availability issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, sales operations, purchasing, supply chain management, or related functions preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation tools, business intelligence platforms, or data analytics technologies is preferred.
