Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Operations TM (Transaction Management), Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Fremont, California. This role is ideal for someone early to mid in their career who is highly detail-oriented, interested in business sales operations, business and data analytics, reporting metrics, and eager to learn how our quote-to-cash processes work.
The primary responsibility of this role is the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of our sales orders in our system of record NetSuite ERP and future Oracle Fusion ERP, ensuring high data quality and compliance across the system. The role plays a critical part in supporting Sales, Operations, and Finance by maintaining reliable transactional data used for project execution and delivery, revenue recognition, billing, proper record-creation, dashboards, reporting and audits.
Over time, this position offers the opportunity to grow into process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Create, review, and maintain quotes and sales orders in NetSuite ERP, ensuring parent records are setup correctly, preserve the contract values and maintain the integrity of the order though multiple cycles of change management.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across sales transactions that feed key downstream operations and finance activities.
Support the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, including order lifecycle management.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance and other internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our expansive products lines, services, and internal sales processes.
Contribute to KPI dashboards and recurring reports, primarily using NetSuite as source if data and Power BI, as experience grows.
Provide business analytics and suggest value-adding process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in an ERP and Order management and familiar with the Quote-to-Cash process (internships included)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Interest in KPIs, metrics, and reporting
Comfortable working with repetitive daily tasks in a complex NetSuite system of record
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP or similar ERP (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with Power BI or other dashboarding tools
Familiarity with GAAP, SOX compliance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts
Early career experience in Business Management, Sales Operations, Operations, Business Operations, or Business Analytics
Training & Development
Structured onboarding and hands-on training with the various Sales Operations team members across different countries during the first 2-4 months.
Functional oversight and career development provided by the Director of Sales Operations.
Ongoing learning in NetSuite, Business process improvement, Quote-to-Cash processes, Aftermarket sales, Transaction management.
Opportunity to progressively take ownership of metric/KPI dashboards, and operational reporting, as well as process optimization initiatives.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$95,000.00. (Applicable to California)
