Job Description
We are a top-performing Farmers Insurance agency in the Keller / Fort Worth area looking to add a motivated Sales Agent to our team.
This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential for individuals who are driven, coachable, and willing to put in consistent effort. We provide the tools, training, and lead opportunitiesyour success will be determined by your activity, follow-up, and ability to close.

This role requires daily phone work, consistent follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple prospects at different stages of the sales process. Success in this position is based on performance, not just time spent.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their results, is comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone, and is willing to continuously improve.
Compensation includes a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. Top performers earn significantly more as their production increases.
Salary Range: $80000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound internet leads and live call transfers
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers
- Quote and sell auto, home, and life insurance policies
- Educate customers on coverage options and make appropriate recommendations
- Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (AgencyZoom)
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently until a decision is made
- Cross-sell additional products to existing and new customers
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and production goals
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
- Active Texas Property & Casualty license (preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
- Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or call center experience
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers on the phone daily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and guide conversations toward a sale
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable and open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems (AgencyZoom or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with prospects consistently
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in-office
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
