Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.

Educate clients on various insurance products and policy options.

Develop and present customized insurance proposals.

Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property & Casualty License (Required)

Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine desire to help clients find the right insurance solutions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with common computer applications and CRM systems.
