Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm leads, referrals, and existing lists.
Qualify prospects and transfer live calls to a licensed agent.
Set and confirm appointments for licensed sales staff.
Conduct follow-ups and nurture interested leads via CRM/text/email
Document all interactions in the CRM system.
Hit predetermined targets for live transfers and appointments

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
