Job Description

The Campo Insurance Agency is looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Producer to join our team in Ogden, UT. This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll acquire new clients by selling Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Life insurance.

Responsibilities

Make inbound calls daily to generate new business
Sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and complementary insurance products
Acquire 20+ new households or write $50,000+ in P&C premium per month
Build and maintain referral partnerships in the local community
Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records in our agency management system
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent The Campo Insurance Agency with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

P&C insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain one quickly)
Proven sales experience insurance, financial services, or high-volume outbound sales preferred
Positive, high-energy personality
Self-motivated and intrinsically driven
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Coachable and open to constructive feedback
Honest with strong integrity
Resourceful problem-solver
Must be able to work in-office in Ogden, UT
Authorized to work in the United States
