You know the process. You know how to explain a repair so the customer actually understands what's wrong, why it matters, and why they should trust you to fix it, not because you talked them into it, but because you gave it to them straight. That's the person we want.What You'll DoOwn the service drive: greet customers, write up repair orders, and manage the flow from check-in to deliverySell quality parts and products, confidently and honestly. Present maintenance and repair recommendations in plain language customers can actually understand.Walk customers through inspection findings and build trust through transparency, not pressure.Coordinate with ASE-certified techs and Master Techs to keep jobs moving quickly and accurately.Handle everything from tires to major service, we'll train you on tire-specific processes if that's new to you.Follow up, close the sale, and make sure every customer leaves knowing exactly what was done and why.What We Need From YouProven service sales experience is required, this is a sales role firstStrong working knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance schedules, and repair processes.Someone thorough and fast, you don't sacrifice accuracy for speed, and you don't let accuracy slow you down.A genuine, customer-first mindset.
