Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and create customers for life
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and understanding their needs
- Become an expert in product features, packages, and technology
- Conduct professional, high-quality demonstrations
- Work all showroom and online leads for maximum sales performance
- Follow up with buyers to generate repeat and referral business
- Overcome objections and excel in sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding performance and goals
Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong motivation for financial success
- Professional communication and appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid instate driver's license and active auto insurance
- Clean driving record
