Position Summary:The Automotive Sales Professional is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and care. This role focuses on building lasting relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a smooth, transparent buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers in the showroom, lot, or online.

  • Listen to and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate new and pre-owned vehicles.

  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

  • Present financing, leasing, and warranty options clearly and professionally.

  • Maintain knowledge of Ford products, features, and industry trends.

  • Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat/referral business.

  • Work closely with the sales and management team to meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals.

  • Ensure compliance with all dealership processes and Ford Motor Company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; automotive sales experience a plus.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
