Job Description

Join a Culture That Moves Fast — and Brings You With It.

At Fuller Technologies, momentum isn’t a slogan — it’s how we work. For over 140 years, we’ve improved the systems that keep the cement industry running: optimizing processes, reducing friction, and elevating performance. That mindset shapes not only our solutions — but how we operate as a company.

When you join Fuller, you’re joining a team that supports your growth and values your contribution. Here, colleagues collaborate openly, leaders give you room to develop, and the environment is built on trust, inclusion, and continuous learning. You’ll find the stability of a global organization and the agility of one that’s actively expanding — a place where your career can accelerate alongside the business.

If you want to move forward with a company that brings its people with it —

Fuller is where that happens.

About The Role

As a Sales Program Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding Fuller Technologies’ aftermarket offerings while enabling our global Sales teams. This position is primarily responsible for go-to-market strategies within the Pyro & Grinding Services segment, with additional support for Pfister, Ventomatic, and Automation businesses. You will work cross-functionally to develop and execute Sales Plays—guiding them from early-stage collaboration with Engineering and Procurement through to global launch and adoption by our Sales organization. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys bridging technical solutions with market opportunities.

About The Department

The Sales Programs Department exists to drive profitable order intake by empowering Fuller’s Sales teams through effective Sales Plays, tools, and training. As part of the Business Excellence organization, we focus on globally standardized processes that support the needs of Fuller’s business. With a strong emphasis on the aftermarket, the department concentrates on the existing installed base—helping customers extend equipment life, improve production performance, and reduce operating costs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and drive Sales Plays across the Fuller organization
  • Develop business cases to grow and improve the aftermarket business
  • Support the preparation of marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Drive the development of sales tools
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Sales teams
  • Provide and coordinate training initiatives for Sales teams globally

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of both technical and commercial concepts
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • A positive, customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Power BI, CRM tools, and ERP systems (preferred)
  • Experience in the cement or heavy industrial sectors (preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Project Management (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, MBA, or a related field (desirable)

Travel Requirements

  • Travel as needed for team meetings and site visits

What We Offer

  • A purpose-driven role with a global industry leader
  • An inclusive, diverse, and international work environment
  • An open team culture that values individual strengths
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • Flexible work arrangements
