We are headquartered in the heart of North Dallas, with service locations in both TX and AZ.What You Do:As a Flooring Sales Project Manager, youassist in all phases of each flooring project until successful completion and final billing and payment in full of the project. The Project Manager will be a communications link between the Sales Executive, customer, vendors, installation subcontractors, installation supervisors and the accounting department. What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Sales Experience: Understanding of sales processes and some Commission Based sales (1-2 years)
- Product Knowledge: Flooring products including carpet, tile, laminate, wood, LVP REQUIRED:Ability to learn and use a variety of software including MS Office, project management tools and CRM
- Project Management: 1-2 years Construction Management. Experience overseeing large customer projects end-to-end.
- Strong Communication: Professional and able to communicate with all levels of staff and outside resources
- Self-Starter: Motivated, organized, and proactive
- Problem Solver: Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
