- Create and manage quality prospect lists through lead generation and territory prospecting.
- Conduct site surveys, asset inspections, and needs assessments to qualify opportunities and align solutions with client objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, handle objections, and negotiate contracts to close maintenance agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to estimate, implement, and transition new agreements for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline, sales activity, and performance metrics.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals.
- 3+ years of sales experience (HVAC, mechanical services, and/or maintenance agreements (preferred))
- Proven track record in lead generation, prospecting, closing deals, and building client relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
