We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative for our Commercial HVAC department in the Construction industry. This role is for a professional with a solid background in HVAC systems, mechanical engineering, and commercial sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional service to our commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and make a significant impact on our success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territory and segment.
  2. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Coordinate and lead sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  5. Manage and maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports as required.
  6. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the delivery of efficient and reliable HVAC solutions to meet customer needs.
  7. Provide accurate sales forecasts, contribute to team/department goals, and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
  8. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and advancements in HVAC technology.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company's products and services.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
  2. Commercial HVAC sales or B2B sales preferred.
  3. Proven knowledge of commercial HVAC/plumbing equipment.
  4. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, service, and maintenance.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
