We're looking for an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to help local businesses protect their people while mentoring new teammates with patience and purpose. You'll manage your own schedule, guide others in the field, and build meaningful relationshipsall backed by a respectful, collaborative culture.

Connect with business owners through professional, in-person outreach

Qualifications
1 year, minimum, of B2B sales experience or client-facing role
Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus (but not required)
Excellent communicator who builds trust naturallyno pushy tactics needed
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales
State Health License (or willingness to obtainlicensing support and reimbursement provided)
