In this role, you will identify and engage potential customers, driving both lead generation and successful conversions. Engaging with both new clientele and existing accounts, you will assess client needs and provide expert advice on products, ensuring a solution-focused approach. As a subject matter expert, you will highlight product attributes to address customer challenges, field inquiries, and lead negotiations on pricing and terms. Your collaborations will span multiple departments, reinforcing teamwork. You'll be responsible for maintaining up-to-date client records, fostering ongoing relationships, assessing credit, and managing collections. The role also demands efficient management of administrative responsibilities. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance. Effective communication, strong negotiation skills, and a keen sense of social understanding are essential. Your ability to work collaboratively on diverse tasks while maintaining independence speaks to your drive and goal-oriented nature. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote communication tools is required. A competitive edge and self-motivation will enable you to thrive in this position. Qualifications include being 21 years or older, holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 1-2 years of sales experience in a related industry.
