We're hiring Sales Representatives in Houston, and veterans and transitioning service members are strongly encouraged to apply.
No sales or roofing experience required. We provide the training.

The Role
You'll work directly with Houston-area homeowners to generate and close roofing and window opportunities.
You'll learn how to:
- Identify homes that may need roofing or window inspections
- Approach and communicate with homeowners
- Follow our proven sales process
- Build relationships and earn customer trust
- Handle objections and close opportunities
- Track your performance and continually improve

Requirements- Strong communication skills

- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work our full-time schedule
- Paid training with structured mentorship and coaching
- Transitional compensation plan: base pay of $1,600/month ($400/week) plus commission during training. *On average around $1400 a week total
- High earning potential with uncapped commission structure after training
