Please note that this role does require weekend availability!As a Swing Sales Rep, you'll be the face of our brands in stores - keeping shelves stocked, displays looking great, and products moving.

Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key account contactsDrive outside sales revenue and increase distribution of company brandsProspect for new accounts through regular outside sales callsService the account on every visit, including light merchandisingLead, schedule, and at times execute resets in order to expand portfolioDevelop and execute sales plans to meet volume and distribution goalsAnticipate objections and provide effective solutionsEnsure products are in code, saleable, and properly merchandisedMaintain or increase shelf space and secure secondary displaysMonitor competitive activity and report market insightsSupport promotional events, grand openings, and special dealer requestsRespond promptly to customer inquiries and voicemailsComplete all required paperwork accurately and on timeMaintain company equipment and property in clean, working conditionFollow all company policies, safety standards, and recall procedures

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.Proof of insurance (state minimum required).High school diploma or GED.Ability to work weekends (required).Willingness to complete pre-employment background and drug screening.
