Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Communicate with our hot leads.
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
Understanding the prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, be resourceful, and be coachable.
Posses an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-started with a sense of urgency.
Must live in Iowa
