- Convert inbound leads into new Lawn Doctor customers
- Build relationships with existing customers and recommend additional lawn care services
- Educate homeowners on fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, mosquito control, and other treatment options
- Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on customer needs and property improvement
- Perform proactive customer follow-up to improve retention and satisfaction
- Generate referrals and identify opportunities to grow territory revenue
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Ability to build rapport and close sales through relationship-based selling
- Basic computer and CRM software skills preferred
- Lawn care or landscaping sales
- Outside sales or territory sales
- Home services sales
- Customer retention and account management
- Pest control or outdoor services
- Residential service industries
- Lead generation and sales follow-up
