Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on new business opportunities
Conduct consultative sales conversations with prospective clients
Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Track activity and pipeline progress in CRM systems
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Competitive mindset with a goal-oriented approach
Self-motivated and disciplined work habits
Comfortable with outreach (calls, referrals, networking, social media)
Sales experience preferred but not required
Willingness to obtain required state insurance licenses (if not already licensed)
