The Role:       

Probate Advance is seeking a Sales Representative to support our exceptional team and growing business. You'll speak with heirs who've already raised their hand — people waiting months or years on an estate who need money now. Understand their situation, explain how our funding works, and get qualified deals to diligence. This role includes warm inbound and follow-up, not cold calling.

This inside sales position is based out of Probate Advance’s Rye Brook, NY office.

Responsibilities:             

• Consult with inbound heir inquiries, usually within minutes of the lead arriving
• Explain how Probate Advance funding works
• Gather the estate facts underwriting needs and complete the internal application
• Own your relationships end to end; your customers stay yours through all fundings
• Keep customers informed while diligence reviews the estate, and records current in our CRM

Requirements

• 1+ year's of phone-based sales with a consultative cycle, not one-call closes
• Comfort with emotionally difficult calls — you're often speaking with someone whose relative recently passed away
• Persistence: many deals close on the fifth conversation, not the first
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain it simply
• Financial services, specialty finance, or real estate sales a plus; bachelor's preferred
• Must be able to work, on-site at our Rye Brook, NY office

Compensation is a combination of base and biweekly commission

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $130,000 OTE
