What You'll Do
You'll act as a trusted advisor to homeowners—educating, consulting, and guiding them through the transition to clean energy.
- Canvass neighborhoods and meet with homeowners in your territory
- Educate clients on financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
- Conduct product demos and consultative sales presentations
- Customize solar solutions for each home based on energy usage and design
- Close deals professionally while building trust and long-term relationships
- Develop expertise through Spartan Solar leadership and mentorship programs
Who We're Looking For
