Job Description

Roofing Sales RepresentativeCommission-Only | 1099 Independent ContractorTop Performers Make $150K+ Per Year

We are ramping up for 2026 and hiring new sales representatives.

This is a commission-only 1099 position, but with our proven systems, sales reps regularly earn $150,000+ annually.

In fact, our top reps have earned $200k-$300K some years. And a majority of those commissions are the results of amazing company-generated leads.

We are seeking new reps that want to come in and compete for our leads. If you are willing to hustle and generate your own jobs, you can qualify for these leads.

What You’ll Do:

Prospect for new clients via door-to-door, referrals, and local networking
Perform roof inspections and assess storm damage
Educate homeowners about roofing materials, insurance claims, and options
Provide accurate project estimates and timelines
Work closely with project managers and crews to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

1+ year of roofing sales experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated and results-driven
Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Flexible schedule – available evenings and weekends as needed
