- Conduct tours of the facility and showcase the benefits of F45 Training and Hopson Health programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance retention.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Participate in community outreach and events to promote brand awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position F45 Training and Hopson Health
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clientele.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- High school diploma required; degree in business, marketing, or related field a plus.
- Positive attitude and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Base hourly: $18–$20/hr (based on experience)
- Commission: Up to 20% per sale (tiered)
